Your license

Cassinito is licensed, not sold, to you through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s standard license agreement applies to the app together with these terms, and it wins if the two conflict. You may use Cassinito for your own personal, non-commercial play on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store’s usage rules allow.

Playing fair

When you play online, please do not cheat, modify the app, or tamper with match data; use Game Center names or invitations to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone; or try to disrupt the app, Game Center, or other players’ matches. We cannot moderate Game Center ourselves. To report a player, use Apple’s reporting tools in Game Center.

Game Center

Online play uses Apple’s Game Center, which has its own terms and needs an Apple Account and an internet connection. Online matches are stored by Game Center, and Apple may limit, change, or end the service. If that happens, unfinished online matches may be lost. Play against the computer needs neither Game Center nor a connection.

Purchases

Cassinito is free to download. Cassinito Deluxe is an optional one-time purchase sold by Apple through the App Store. The app shows the price in your local currency before you buy. Apple handles payments and refunds under its own terms; to request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore Deluxe on your other devices from the app’s Settings, signed in with the same Apple Account.

The purchase screen describes what Deluxe includes. We may add to Deluxe over time, and we will not remove something you paid for unless the law, Apple, or a technical change requires it.

Your games and data

Your settings, saved computer matches, statistics, and match history are stored locally and may be included in device backups, depending on your backup settings. Inoa Labs does not keep a separate backup of these records. Recovery depends on an available backup and Apple’s restore options, and is not guaranteed. Online matches are stored separately through Game Center. See the privacy policy for details.

Changes to the app

We may update Cassinito, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We will try to give notice in the app or on this site before removing something significant.

Our content

Cassinito’s name, icon, card designs, artwork, and code belong to Inoa Labs LLC. The rules of Cassino are traditional and belong to everyone; our way of presenting them does not. You may use the materials on our press page to write about Cassinito or to make videos of it, as long as you do not suggest we endorse you. You may record and stream Cassinito gameplay and monetize your videos and streams, including through ads and sponsorships.

Disclaimers

Cassinito is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that saved or online matches will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Cassinito. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will appear here with a new effective date, and we will say so in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Cassinito after a change means you accept it.
