Privacy

The short version

• The app has no Cassinito accounts, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking services.
• Your settings, saved games, and statistics are stored on your iPhone and are not automatically sent to Inoa Labs.
• Online play uses Apple’s Game Center. Apple handles your Game Center account, and we never see your Apple Account details.
• Purchases go through Apple. We never see your payment details.

Information on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device: your settings and preferences, saved computer matches so you can pick up where you left off, and your statistics and a log of finished matches. For online matches, that log includes your opponent’s Game Center display name.

The app does not automatically send this locally stored data to Inoa Labs. Depending on your device’s backup settings, it may be included in Apple device backups. Cassinito does not provide its own cloud backup or sync for these records.

Deleting the app removes its local data, and you can reset your statistics in the app. Recovering lost or deleted data depends on an available backup and Apple’s restore options; recovery is not guaranteed. Online matches are stored separately through Game Center.

Online play with Game Center

When you play online, Cassinito uses Apple’s Game Center to find opponents, send invitations, and pass turns between players. To do this, Game Center shows your display name to your opponent and theirs to you, stores the state of each match (the rules, the shuffled deck, and the plays made) so both players can continue it, and may notify your opponent when you have played, such as “Your name played. It’s your turn.” These records include the identifiers needed to associate players with the match.

Game Center is provided by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. You can sign out of Game Center or change its settings in your iPhone’s Settings app, and you can still play against the computer without it.

Purchases

Cassinito Deluxe is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether you own Deluxe. We do not receive your name, payment details, or Apple Account information from your purchase.

Depending on your Apple settings and participation in testing, Apple may make crash reports, diagnostics, or TestFlight feedback available to us. We use that information to test, support, and improve Cassinito.

Contacting support

If you email us at support@inoalabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Messages prepared in the app also include its version. We use this information to handle your request and follow-up questions, and keep it as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain ordinary business records. We never add you to a mailing list.

This website

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or signup forms to this website. Fonts and images are served with the site.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and technical request information to deliver pages and protect the service. Depending on the protection features enabled, Cloudflare may also use security cookies. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and cookie information for more about its handling of this data.

Children

Cassinito is suitable for all ages. The app does not automatically send locally stored game data to Inoa Labs. Online play follows Game Center’s own settings, including the parental controls in Screen Time.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use information received through support to handle your request. Apple’s services and website hosting are described above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you. Since the app’s data lives on your device, you control it directly. For anything we hold, such as a support email, write to support@inoalabs.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes

If we change how Cassinito handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a change matters, such as adding analytics, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
